胃管注水、胰岛素泵辅助救治高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷——附32例临床病例分析

摘　　要：目的:总结胃管注水、胰岛素泵辅助救治高渗性高血糖非酮症昏迷(HHNC)的治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析32例HHNC病人的临床资料。结果:所有病人均以严重脱水、意识障碍加深为主要临床表现。死亡6例,重残、植物生存17例,恢复良好9例。结论:本组观察胃管注水、胰岛素泵辅助救治对HHNC能获得较高枪救成活率(81.2%),而且能使抢救更加有序、便捷。Objective：To summarize gastric tube affusion and insulin pump accessorially cure hyperosmolar non-ketotic dia-betic coma.Methods：Clinical data of 32 cases HHNC patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All the patients had the main clinical menifetation such as severe dehydration and disturbance of consciousness deepen.Died 6 cases, density disability and vegetative-status 17 cases, recovery well 9 cases.Conclusion：Astric tube affusion and insulin pump accessorially cure hyperosmolar non-ketotic dia-betic coma could get higher saving rate（81.2%）, and make the rescue more orderly.
