摘　　要：目的探讨双切口高尔夫钢板联合支持钢板内固定治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折方法及疗效。方法治疗组采用双切口骨折切开复位,外侧高尔夫钢板联合后内侧支持钢板内固定;对照组采用膝正中切口,外侧高尔夫钢板内固定;观察切口愈合情况、关节面塌陷成角畸形,膝关节功能进行统计学分析。结果随访6～18个月,统计学分析其差异性,切口愈合(p<0.05)、关节面塌陷成角畸形(p<0.05)、患肢功能评价优良率82.61%(p>0.05)。结论双切口高尔夫钢板联合支持钢板内固定治疗治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折,具有创伤小、并发症少、骨折稳定效果好、骨折愈合率高、膝关节功能恢复好等优点,是一种行之有效的方法。Objective To expiore the method and effect that Golf steel plate of the combination support of two-incision internal fixation with steel plate of high energy tibial plateau fracture.Methods The treatment group are with two-incision reset, lateral Golf steel plate combine interior internal fixation with steel plate.The matched group with knee median incision, lateral internal fixation with Golf steel plate.Statistical analysis that wound healing, articular surface collapse into angular deformity and recovery of knee function.Results 6 to 18 months follow-up, statistical analysis of differences in the wound healing （p〈0.05）, articular surface collapse into angular deformity （p〈0.05）, excellent rate of limb function 82.61% （p〉0.05）.Conclusion Golf steel plate of the combination support of two-incision internal fixation with steel plate of high energy tibial plateau fracture with less trauma, fewer complications, effective fracture stability, fracture healing rate, and good knee function, is an effective Methods.
