闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折32例

摘　　要：目的评价闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法对32例GartlandⅡ、Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折在基础麻醉下进行闭合复位,C型臂X线透视下经皮穿克氏针交叉内固定与石膏外固定。结果随访6～21个月,平均11个月,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间4～6周,未发生延迟愈合。参照Flyun功能评定标准综合屈伸功能评价结果:优17例,良10例,一般4例,差1例,优良率84.37%。结论闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、骨折愈合快、功能恢复好,临床效果满意。Objective To evaluate the effect ofhclosed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner-wire fixation for the treatment of supracondylar fractures in children. Methods In 32 GartlandⅡ、Ⅲ cases,closed reduction was performed when the patients were under general anesthesia. Then the fracture was percutaneously fixed with Kirschner wires guided by C-arm X-ray machine,and upper limb plaster. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ～ 21 months （ average 10 months）. All patients with fracture got healed in 4 ～ 6 weeks. Acorrding to Flyun function criterion：17 cases were excellent,10 cases were good,4 casas were general,1 cases were inferiors,the rates of excellent and good were 84. 37%. Conclusion The treatment of Closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner-wire fixation for supracondylar fractures in children have the advantages of little wound、 reliable fixed and quick efficacy.
