鼻内镜下治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法我院2005年2月至2009年12月收治的85例复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床资料。结果本组85例中,6个月治愈45例,好转30例,无效10例,总有效率为90%。结论手术操作的正确与否,术后应用抗生素或激素防止术腔感染。类固醇类激素具有抗炎、消肿作用,有助于防止息肉复发。二次手术前通过鼻窦内镜检查及鼻窦CT检查分析上次手术失败的原则,并有针对性地实施二次手术,是复发性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的治疗关键。Objective To evaluate the endoscopic treatment of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps in clinical effects. Methods From February 2005 ～ December 2009 admitted 85 cases of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps in patients with clinical data. Results 85 cases,6 months,45 cases were cured,30 cases improved,10 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion The surgical operation is right or not,antibiotics or hormones to prevent postoperative infection in surgical cavity. Steroid hormones have anti-inflammatory,reduction of swelling and help prevent polyp recurrence. Before the second operation by sinus endoscopy and sinus CT examination of the principles of failure of previous surgery,and the implementation of targeted secondary surgery,a recurrent sinusitis,nasal polyps treatment of the key.
