摘　　要：针对科技部组织实施的农业科技成果转化基金的历史数据分析,设计了支持农业转化项目管理决策的数据仓库。给出了项目管理的数据仓库的体系结构;制定了针对项目管理数据的抽取规则,并使用ETL工具,将数据抽取、转换、加载到数据仓库中,对该设计进行了工程实现;利用展现工具对该数据仓库的OLAP功能进行了检验;利用数据挖掘算法对相关数据进行预测分析,为农业转化项目经费的管理决策提供科学依据。Based on the analysis of historical data of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation fund projects implemented by the Ministry of Science and Technology（MOST）,a data warehouse was designed to support the management and decision-making of agricultral ST achievement transformation fund projects.This paper described the data warehouse architecture,developed data extraction rules for project management,then extracted,transferred,loaded the data into the data warehouse by ETL tools,completed the project implementation,tested OLAP functions by demonstration tools,and finally predicted the data using data mining algorithms,providing scientific basis for management decisions for agricultural ST achievement transformation projects.
