摘　　要：通过医院经费、物资的具体内容解析,从业务流程的角度出发,利用信息化条件,以三大信息系统为条件,利用"军卫一号"的源头数据,通过"军队医院经济管理信息平台"巧妙地设计业务内容,实现经费流与物资流的平行运行。以环环相扣的业务连接起医院经费物资的账务处理流程,以转记账的方式将数据传递给"军队医院会计核算管理系统",实现了医院经费物资一体化管理,不仅简化了工作,而且提升了精细化管理水平。This article passing about hospital budget, supplies of concrete of contents analyze, set out from the angle of business process to make use of information-based condition. Qn the condition of three information system, we make use of source data and make the skillfully design business contents of ＂troops hospital economy management information flat＂ , to realize parallelism run of the bankroll flow and material folw.With the circulate process to connect the hospital bankroll and material accountant, deliver the data to Troops hospital the account management system＂ by the translate way.This will realize the integration of bankroll and material to simplification work, and promote management level.
