摘　　要：通过对区域卫生信息化的理解,提出区域卫生信息化建设的指导思想、基本原则和主要目标,并以此为基础阐述了区域卫生信息化建设的具体思路,包括:围绕缓解人民群众"看病难、看病贵"矛盾开展区域卫生信息化建设;围绕个人健康管理开展区域卫生信息化建设;围绕不同人群需要的满足开展区域卫生信息化建设;围绕国家医药卫生体制改革需要开展区域卫生信息化建设;围绕绩效管理需要开展区域卫生信息化建设。According to the understanding of regional health informatization, this article proposes guiding theory, basic principles and primary target for the construction of regional health informatization, and expatiates on specific approaches for regional health informatization, including regional health informatization construction centering on easing the contradiction of difficult and high cost of getting medical treatment for the people, personal health management, satisfaction by different people, national medical and health system reform and performance management.
