摘 要:中国联通科研中心办公楼主楼有4处连体钢结构,分为两种:平面钢结构井字梁和空间钢桁架,具有下方完全悬空、结构体型巨大、单个杆件重量大等特点。根据现场实际情况,选用液压同步整体提升施工技术,制定了"地面散件拼装成整体,一次吊装就位,部分散件空中拼装"的施工方案。重点介绍了两种钢结构的提升系统,通过有限元计算,指出支座反力,各提升点最大允许位移差,提升过程钢结构强度、刚度及稳定性等均满足要求。There are four connection steel structures in main building of China Unicom Research Center Office Building,which are divided into two kinds:plan well-shaped beam of steel structure and spatial steel truss.It has characteristics of absolute suspending,large structural body and heavy single bar. According to actual condition on site,the construction technology of synchronous and integral hydraulic hoisting is used.And the construction scheme of assembly to integrity of parts,hoisting and location at a time and assembly of partial components at altitude is put forward.The hosting system for two steel structures is introduced in detail.By finite element calculation,it is pointed out that the reaction force of support can meet requirements,as well as the biggest allowable displacement difference of every hoisting point,and the strength,stiffness and stability of steel structures during hoisting.
