宫血宁治疗置宫内节育器后异常出血疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:分析宫血宁胶囊治疗置宫内节育器(IUD)后子宫异常出血的疗效。方法:应用Meta分析方法的随机效应模型,对国内1990～2009年采用宫血宁胶囊治疗IUD出血副反应并以西医治疗作对照的研究文献进行定量合并分析。结果:治疗组242例患者中218例临床治疗有效,对照组219例患者中154例临床治疗有效(OR=4.05,95%CI=1.11～14.71),两者间差异有统计学意义(P=0.03)。结论:目前掌握的资料证明宫血宁胶囊治疗IUD出血副反应的临床疗效确切。Objective：To analyze the therapeutic effects of Gongxuening capsules on abnormal bleeding after intrauterine device （IUD） insertion. Methods：A randomized effect model of meta-analysis was applied to perform quantitative combined analysis on related domestic literatures about the therapeutic effects of Gongxuening capsules on abnormal bleeding after IUD insertion （the study group） published between 1990 and 2009,which were compared with those using western medicine （the control group）. Results：Of 242 cases in the study group,218 cases were effective; so were 154 cases in 219 cases of western medicine in the control group. The total odds ratio was 4.05,and the 95% confidence interval ranged from 1.11 to 14.71. The difference had statistical significance between the two groups （P= 0.03）. Conclusion：Gongxuening capsules should be used for the treatment of abnormal bleeding after IUD insertion.
