摘　　要：目的探讨风湿性心脏病的外科治疗、瓣膜置换术后的护理和健康指导，为临床护理工作做一些指导。方法对65例患者行瓣膜置换手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果65例患者术后均顺利治愈出院，无严重的并发症发生。结论深入了解病情特点，针对病人病情采取相应的整体护理措施，做好心理护理，重视维持术后血液动力学的稳定，加强抗凝治疗的监护是保证满意治疗效果的重要措施。Objective To discuss the surgical treatment and post-operative nursing of rheumatic heart disease were summarized systematically.Post-operative of valve replacement nursing was emphasized to direct clinic practice. Medthods To perform the retrospective analysis on the clinic materials from 65 patients with heart valve replacement. Results All patients fully recovered from an illness after the operation. Conclusion Thorough knowing patients＇ condition, the good nursing intervention been adopted for every patient, doing a good mental cares, as well as strength monitoring the anticoagulation treatment are the important measures for ensuring the therapeutic effect.
