摘 要:为了研究俄供机组高温运行后的大口径厚壁管道15X1M1Φ钢(对应中国牌号15Cr1Mo1V)在焊接接头出现的大量横向裂纹问题,取样进行了各种宏观、微观检验分析,进行了失效原因分析、多种焊接工艺试验及评定。分析表明:原安装工艺施焊的焊缝金属表现为低塑性、低韧性状态,开裂性质为高温下运行后发生的焊缝再热开裂,并非运行方式所致。根据再热开裂原因,改进了焊条成分并优化了焊接工艺,可有效防止高温运行再热开裂,确保接头的高温热强性能达到设计要求,保障机组安全运行。In order to analyze the reason for lots of transverse cracking detected at welded joints of the large-diameter thick-wall 15X1M1Ф (Chinese Grade 15Cr 1Mo 1V ) steel for the main steam pipelines in the power plant provided by Russia under high temperature operation, the macroscopic and microcosmic examinations on the failure specimens were tested, the failure reasons were analyzed and the different welding procedures were tested and assessed. The test and research show that the original weld metal presents low ductility and low toughness. The failure caused by weld reheat cracking under high temperature operation wash't cause by operation manners. Therefore, the composition of the welding rod was improved and the welding procedure was optimized, which prevent the weht from reheat cracking under high temperature operation and ensure the weld's endurance strength meet the design requirement for the protection of the unit safe operation.
