磷化工的发展方向及创新平台的建设

摘　　要：分析了中国磷矿的特点和当前磷化工发展中存在的问题,提出发展磷化工的重要性。同时,指出中国磷化工行业未来的发展方向:为低品位磷矿利用提供技术支撑;开发具有自主知识产权的磷化工技术,创立中国高纯磷化工产品的新体系和工程化技术体系;调整产业布局,生产高端的、功能性的磷化工产品;加强磷石膏应用研究,推进循环经济发展与节能减排;建立磷矿国际评价试验研究中心,搭建起磷化工研究及创新平台。Characteristics of China′s phosphorus ore and problems in development of phosphorus chemical industry were analyzed and importance of development of phosphorus chemical industry was put forward.Meanwhile,development direction of China′s phosphorus chemical industry in future was pointed out,i.e.to provide technical support for the use of low-grade phosphorus ore;to develop phosphorus chemical technology that possesses self-owned intellectual property rights and establish new system of high-purity phosphorus chemicals and engineering technology system in China;to adjust indus-trial layout and produce high-end and functional phosphorus chemical products;to strengthen the application research of phosphogypsum and to promote the development of cyclic economy and energy-saving and emission-reduction;and to establish international research center for evaluation test of phosphorus ore and to erect research and innovation platform for phosphorus chemical industry.
