摘 要:目的初步探讨大学生性别角色与职业成熟度之间的关系。方法使用性别角色量表和职业成熟度量表对194名大学生进行问卷调查。结果 1大学生性别角色类型分布双性化占34.54%;未分化占31.44%;女性化占19.07%;男性化占14.95%。4种性别角色类型的分布比例存在显著性差异(χ2=9.058,P<0.05);2大学生男性特质与职业成熟度显著相关(r=0.175,P<0.05),男性特质对职业目标、职业自主、职业成熟度的预测作用显著;3不同性别角色类型大学生在职业成熟度上存在差异。结论大学生的职业成熟度水平一般,男性特质强的人,应该指导他们树立正确的成就观,增强选择职业的自主性,对于女性特质强的人,应该指导他们增强成就动机,勇于追求成功。Objective To explore the relationship between sex role and career maturity of university students.Methods A total of 194 university students were administered by Sex Role Scale and Career Maturity Scale.Results ①The percentage of androgynous,undifferentiated,feminine and masculine were 34.54%,31.44%,19.07% and 14.95% respectively for university students. There were significant differences in these four sex role types(χ2=9.058,P0.05). ②The masculinity was related to career maturity significantly(r=0.175,P0.05). Stepwise regression analysis revealed that masculinity was a significant predictor for career objective,career independence and career maturity. ③There were significant differences in the career maturities of university students in different sex role types.Conclusion The career maturity of university students was only in the general level. People who had more masculinity should be instructed to foster the correct outlook of achievement,and strengthen the initiative in choosing careers. For those who had more femininity,they should be instructed to strengthen their achievement motivation and possess the courage to pursue success.
