射击运动员焦虑预测及与运动成绩的关系

摘　　要：目的当前国内针对射击运动员焦虑的现状,提出运用《SMMU军事应激反应性焦虑预测量表》对运动员未来应激焦虑进行预测,为心理测评工作提供指导依据,以提高运动成绩。方法在上海市射击射箭中心随机选取一线运动员25名,进行焦虑量表测试,包括状态—特质焦虑量表(STAI),焦虑自评量表(SAS),军事应激反应性焦虑预测量表(SMMU)。统计近2年训练成绩与比赛成绩,比较结果与SAS、SAI、TAI分值的相关,进而比较SMMU预测低分组和高分组应激下比赛发挥有无显著性差异。结果 SMMU分值与SAS、SAI、TAI均有显著相关,分别为0.443、0.479和0.428,以比赛成绩均值减去平时成绩均值作为比赛发挥指标,低分组明显优于高分组(2.294±2.747,-2.508±2.580;P<0.05)。结论 SMMU军事应激反应性焦虑预测量表基本可以用于射击射箭运动员未来应激状态下焦虑的预测,SMMU低分组比赛发挥好。Objective To sum up the current domestic situation of Archer shooting＇s anxiety measurement ,applying the SMMU military stress anxiety predicted Scale to predict the anxiety in future stress state,in order to provide guidance for the psychological basis and enhance athletic performance.Methods A total of 25 excellent athlete were selected in Shanghai Shooting Archery Center immediately to test the anxiety scale including State-Trait Anxiety Inventory（STAI）,Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,the scale of SMMU military anxiety in predicted stress.The competition results and usually results in last two years were counted,the correlation of the resul with SAS,TAI were compared.Further the difference of competition performance of the low anxiety forecast group and the high anxiety forecast group were compares.Results The scores of SMMU were significantly correlated with the scores of SAS,SAI,TAI,followed 0.443,0.479 and 0.428. As indicators of the difference of the race results and training results,the performance of low anxiety forecast group was significantly better than the high anxiety forecast group（2.294±2.747,-2.508±2.580,P0.05）.Conclusion The SMMU military stress anxiety predicted Scale is conformed to predict shooting archer＇s anxiety in future stress,the performance of the low anxiety forecast group is better.
