摘　　要：目的对脐带血8-异前列腺素F2α是否是一种评估母亲妊高征的围生儿预后的可靠生化指标进行探讨,为了尽早对母亲妊娠期高血压疾病的围产儿的不良影响实施有效地干预,降低死亡率和致残率。方法将2007年11月～2008年7月在我院产科住院的孕妇中妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇87例为实验组,随机抽取同期住院健康孕妇50例为对照组,分别对实验组及对照组的新生儿生后刚结扎脐带立即抽取脐带血2mL,并行8-异前列腺素F2α水平测定。结果实验组脐血8-iso-PGF2α水平高于对照组,妊高征孕妇病情越重,脐血8-iso-PGF2α水平越高;实验组中脐血8-iso-PGF2α水平与新生儿危重病例评分成负相关;实验组中脐血8-iso-PGF2α水平与胎儿宫内发育受限、窒息、早产的发生率呈正相关。结论脐带血8-iso-PGF2α水平与妊高征孕妇病情轻重有关,可以反映妊高征孕妇的围产儿预后。Objective To assess the value of 8-iso-postaglandin F2α （8-iso-PGF 2α） levels in the umbilical cord blood in estimating the extent of neonatal damage in mothers PIH in an attempt to implement possible interventions.Methods Eighty-seven pregnant women with PIH were used as experimental groups and 50 normal pregnant women were used as contro1 groups.Experimental groups were divided into gestational hypertension group,light pre-ecampsia group,serious pre-ecampsia group and eclampsia group.2mL of umbilical cord blood was taken and 8-iso-PGF2α level was detected.Results The 8-iso-PGF2αlevel in the umbilical cord blood in the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the control group.The more severe the condition of mother with PIH,the higher the 8-iso-PGF2α level.There was a closely relation between the 8-iso-PGF2αlevel in umbilical cord blood and the condition of mother with PIH.There was a significant difference in the neonatal risk scores between the experimental groups and control group.The 8-iso-PGF2α level in umbilical cord blood was negatively correlated with neonatal risk score in the experimental groups.The 8-iso-PGF2α level in umbilical cord was closely correlated with the incidence of preterm, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal dysplasia in the experimental groups.Conclusion The 8-iso-PGF2α level in the umbilical cord blood in the mothers with PIH can show their PIH degree,and the value in estimating the prognosis of their neonates.
