大埔县城区托幼机构2007～2009年消毒质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解大埔县城区托幼机构消毒质量状况,找出存在问题,为进一步提出改进措施提供依据。方法按照《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测技术方案(试行)》要求进行。结果 2007～2009年监测托幼机构17家,共检测样品768份,合格样品590份,总合格率76.82%。各年总平均合格率依次为74.11%、73.38%、82.71%。室内空气合格率最高为95.52%,餐厨具的合格率最低,仅为69.79%。结论大埔县托幼机构消毒质量不理想,教育部门应加大托幼机构卫生经费投入,卫生部门要加强消毒知识培训和监督管理。Objective To find out the disinfection quality for Dabu kindergardens,analyze existent problems and to provide basis for improving disinfection effects and disinfection quality.Methods To carry out the surveillance based on ＂Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals and kindergardens in GuangDong province＂.Results During the years from 2007 to 2009 ,17 preschool institutions were monitored,with 768 samples collected ,including 590 were qualified,the total qualified rate is 76.82%.The average pass rate for each year follows 74.11%、73.38%、82.71%.The pass rate of indoor air is the highest,up to 95.52%,in opposite side,the tableware and kitchenware are only 69.79%.Conclusion The disinfection quality in Dabu nurseries agencies is not enough,which requie more health outlay ,disinfection knowledge training and surveillance management.
