摘　　要：在研究污水处理自动控制系统工艺流程和过程控制的基础上,设计了全仿真污水处理实训平台。该平台由上位机、工业以太网、PLC、变频器、Profibus DP总线等组成。分别介绍了实训平台控制系统的构成、功能以及上位机监控软件WinCC的设计方法。经过实际应用证明,系统设计先进可靠,运行稳定。On the basis of researching the technological process of the sewage disposal and its automation control system,an entirely simulated training platform has been designed.The platform is composed of host computer,industrial Ethernet,PLC,inverter and Profibus DP,etc.The compositions and functions of this training platform control system,and the design method of the host computer monitoring software WinCC are introduced respectively.The practical application proves that the design is advanced,reliable and the system operates stably.
