摘  要:目的探讨有氧运动及其联合人参茎叶皂苷对高脂血症小鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法用高脂膳食喂养小鼠建立高脂血症模型,用无负重游泳方式作为有氧运动,观察有氧运动联合人参茎叶皂苷对小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)、胸腺和肝重以及肝形态的影响。结果与高脂模型组比较,①单纯有氧运动使高脂状态下小鼠的血清TC、TG降低(P<0.05),MDA降低不显著(P>0.05),胸腺和肝重变化不大(P>0.05),肝脂肪样变不消失。②人参茎叶皂苷显著降低TC、MDA(P<0.05),TG降低不明显,胸腺增重(P<0.05)而肝重量减轻(P<0.01),脂肪肝未消失。③有氧运动与人参茎叶皂苷(60mg·kg-1)联合则显著降低TC、MDA和TG(P<0.01),胸腺增重而肝重减轻且脂肪样变消失。结论有氧运动联合人参茎叶皂苷的降脂、调脂和抗氧化作用比单纯有氧运动或单用人参茎叶皂苷强。AIM To evaluate the treatment effect of aerobic exercise and its combination with GSL(ginsenosides of stims and leaves) on lipid metabolism in diet induced hyperlipidemia mice. METHODS The model of hyperlipidemia in mice was set up by feeding high cholesterol diet. Unloaded swimming was designed to be a manner of aerobic exercise. The effect of aerobic and its combination with GSL on total serum cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), malondiadehyde (MDA), thymus and liver weight was measured, and liver morphology was observed by naked eyes. RESULTS Comparison with hyperlipidemia model,(1) Aerobic esercise decreased TC and TG markedly ( P <0 05), but MDA did not decreased significantly ( P >0 05); weight still lowered and liver weight increased( P <0 01); and fatty liver did not disappeared. (2) GSL decreased TC and MDA( P <0 05), but TG did not decrease significantly; thymus weight increased( P <0 05) and liver weight lowered significantly( P <0 01); howerer, fatty liver did not disappeared too. (3) Aerobic exercise combinated with GSL, TC, TG and MDA lowered significantly( P <0 01); weight increased but liver weight lowered and aproached to the control; and fatty liver disappeared. CONCLUSION The effct of aerobic exercise combination with GSL on lowering lipid, regulating lipid and antioxidation was better than aerobic or GSL alone.
