摘  要:分析下丘脑背内侧核升压反应的机制。方法;大鼠脑内或静脉注射不同药物,记录血压和心率的变化。结果:(1)谷氨酸注入NDM,P物质注入室旁核或延髓头端腹个侧区均引起升压反应;(2)NDM升压反应可被双侧NPV或RVL内注入P物质拮抗剂衰减,但RVL内注入阿托品无此效应;(3)静脉注射酚妥拉明也能使NDM升压反应减小,而心得安或甲基阿托品静静脉注射对该反应影响。To analyse mechanisms underlying pressor response of nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami (NDM). Methods: Effects of different drugs delivered by intra-brain or i. v. injections on blood pressure and heart rate. Results: (1)Excitation of the NDM by glutamate, substance P (SP) injection into nucleus paraventricularis (NPV) or rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVL) all induced pressor responses. (2) The NDM pressor response could be attenuated by pre-injection of SP antagonist into NPV or RVL, but RVL pre-treatment with atropine had no such effect. (3) phentolamine (i. v. ) also reduced the NDM pressor response, but propranolol or methyl atropine (i. v.) did not. Conclusion: The NDM pressor response is mediated by the NPV (SP receptor)and RVL (SP receptor)-sympathetic vasoconstrictor nerve system.
