摘 要:通过对激光心肌血管重建术后孔道修复中胶原变化的研究,明确依那普利对孔道转归的影响。方法:大鼠经TMR手术后给予依那普利治疗8周后片死,观察胶原纤维病理形态学的变化及测定左室心肌脯氨酸的含量。结果:动物经依那普利治疗,孔道残腔明显增大,孔道区胶原纤维厚度减少43.7%,左室心肌间质胶原的面积较对照组减少32.7%,左室HYP含量较对照组减少16.4%。To observe the effects of Enalapril on repair of channels created on rat heart. Methods: Adult male SD rats(n = 31 ) that proceeded transmyocardial laser revascularization (TMR) operation were divided randomly into two groups(treatment group, n = 16 and control group, n = 15), Enalapril(15 mg· kg-1·d-1) and distilled water were given, respectively. After 8 weeks, all animals were sacrificed and paraffin sections were stained with Picrosirius red and observed with polarization microscope, hydroxyproline (HYP) concentration of left ventricle (LV) was. determined with biochemical method. Results: Enalapril reduced accumulation of collagen located in both regions of channel and interstitium of LV after 8 weeks' treatment, width of collagen fiber in the channel region was decreased by 43. 7 % (P < 0. 05 ). Collagen content in the left ventricular tissue away from the channels was decreased by 32. 7 % (P < 0. 05 ) and HYP concentration of whole LV was decreased by 16. 4 % (P < 0. 05 ) as compared with those of control group. Conclusion: Enalapril, one of the ACE inhibitors, could patently affect collagen metabolism and keep the laser-created channels patent after TMR procedure. Therefore, the outcome of channels after TMR may be a complex process, which could be modulated by ACE inhibitors.
