摘  要:目的:探讨P物质与造血的关系。方法:采用甲基纤维素半固体造血祖细胞培养法检测正常血浓度的SP以及不同浓度的SP对骨髓CFU-GM和CFU-C21的作用。结果:10^-10mol.L^-1和10^-11mol.L^-SP组CFU-GM的产率分别为193±19和206±40,与对照相比具有显著差异;10_16-mol.L^-1和10^-11mol.L^-1SP对CFU-C21也有明显刺激作用。To investigate the relationship between substance P(SP) and hematopoiesis. Methods: The role of SP with normal blood concentration(10^(-11)mol· L^(-1) and various concentrations higher or lower than 10^(-11)mol·L^(-1)were assessed in the semi-solid methyl-cellulose hematopoietic cell culture system. Results: SP with 10^(-10) mol· L^(-1)increased significantly CFU-GM (193±19 ) and CFU-C_(21) (143±16) compared with control(CFU-GM: 137±17 and CFU-C_(21): 80 ±31 respectively, P <0. 05). 10^(-11)mol· L^(-1) SP had similar effect on CFU-GM(206 ±40 ) and CFU-C_(21_ (153±15 ) to that of 10^(-10) mol· L^(-1) SP compared with control (P < 0. 05 ). The effect of SP with more than 10(^-10) mol· L^(-1) or less than 10^(-11) mol· L^(-1) had low effect on CFU-GM and CFU-C(_21) comparable to the control(P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion: SP with proper concentration can stimulate bone marrow CFU--GM and CFU-C_(21) in vitro and probably SP plays important part in the regulation of normal bone marrow hematopoiesis.
