摘　　要：通过对T9.4tex纯涤缝纫线试纺,探索出纺T9.4tex纯涤缝纫线的较好的工艺配制,通过加强每道工序质量控制,并从实验结果分析,得出生产的T9.4tex纯涤缝纫线其单强不匀率,重量不匀率,条干不匀率,管间不匀率以及棉结数,毛羽和纱疵等方面符合行业标准。The rational processing configuration was explored through trial spinning of T9.4 tex pure polyester sewing thread.The yarn test after quality control of each process shows that the indexes,such as single strength irregularity,weight unevenness,bobbin unevenness,nep count,hairiness and yarn defects,are in line with standard demand.
