摘 要:本文分别选用有机(TEA、乙酸钙)与无机(氯化钙、硝酸钙、亚硝酸钠)早强组分与自制聚羧酸减水剂(JW)进行复配,对复配前后水泥早期强度(1 d、3 d、7 d)进行测试,确定最佳复配组合为0.5wt%JW+1wt%CaCl2+0.1wt%TEA,并对水泥净浆流动度、减水率、凝结时间进行测试。结果表明:掺入最佳复配型早强减水剂后,水泥早期抗压与抗折强度均有明显增加,1 d的抗压强度就可由3.6 MPa增加到12.3 MPa,抗折强度可由0.73 MPa增加到2.87 MPa;但初始流动度有所降低(250 mm降到215 mm),减水率亦有所降低(22%降到14%),凝结时间缩短。利用扫描电子显微技术对掺有此种复配型早强减水剂的水泥水化1 d后的产物进行微观形貌观察。Organic (TEA and calcium acetate) and inorganic (calcium dichloride, calcium nitrate and sodium nitrite ) early-strength agents were introduced to compound with polycarboxylate superplasticizer (JW) ,and then the early strength of cement (1 d, 3 d and 7 d) were investigated with and without these compound early-strength water reducer. The fluidity, water-reduction ratio and setting time were evaluated to the optimal component that was 0.5wt% JW + lwt% CaCl2 + 0. lwt% TEA. The results showed the flexural strength of cement increased from 0.73 MPa to 2.87 MPa and the compressive strength increased from 3.6 MPa to 12.3 MPa. The initial fluidity and water-reduction ratio was decreased from 250 mm to 215 mm and 22% to 14%, respectively. The initial and final setting time were reduced. The morphologies of cement after hydrating for different time were also observed by SEM technology.
