摘  要:水资源作为一种可耗竭性资源,在农业、工业和生活部门的消耗量非常大,这种消耗配置格局是否合理有待于研究。本文运用灰色关联分析法对2000-2008年中国水资源消耗总量与农业、工业和生活部门耗水量的配置进行关联度测算,以探求各部门耗水量配置对水资源消耗总量的影响程度,继而将生态学中的生态位评估模型引入到水资源消耗配置评价中,对水资源消耗总量在各部门的消耗配置进行适宜度测算,研究结果表明:①工业部门耗水量与中国水资源消耗总量的灰色关联程度最高;②2008年中国水资源消耗配置的适宜度水平最高,水资源消耗总量在农业、工业和生活部门实现较优配置。通过对中国水资源消耗总量在各部门配置的关联度和适宜度测算,研究认为:提高水资源消耗总量在农业、工业和生活部门配置的适宜度,关键在于减少水资源在各部门的浪费性消耗,提高水资源利用效率,使各部门的水资源消耗值均接近最佳生态位,从而实现水资源消耗总量在各部门的消耗配置接近最优化水平。Water as an exhaustive resource,its consumption in agricultural,industrial and domestic sectors is very large.Whether the pattern of consumption allocation is reasonable or not still should be further studied.This paper calculated the grey correlation degree between total water consumption and sector's consumption during 2000-2008 in order to search for the extent of sector's consumption on the impact of total consumption.This paper evaluated the suitability of allocation of water resources consumption in sectors by means of niche assessment model.The results showed that the grey correlation degree between water resources consumption in industrial sector and total water consumption was the highest,and the suitability of water consumption allocation in 2008 was the highest namely achieving high-level allocation.Based on the calculation of correlation and suitability,this research concluded that the promotion of suitability of water consumption allocation in sectors lay in decreasing wasteful consumption and increasing utilization efficiency in order to achieve optimum niche of sector's consumption and optimization of allocation of total water resources consumption in sectors.
