摘　　要：提出了一种基于Stamp-Engineer数值模拟控制回弹的冲压件模具设计方法,利用此方法对一小型三维复杂冲压件模具型面进行了设计。数值模拟和实验结果表明,这种模具设计方法对纠正冲压件回弹误差非常有效。A new 3D design method of die profile for a small-size complex stamping part was proposed in which the numerical simulation based on Stamp-Engineer was applied to the springback control.The design method proved effective by analysis and experimental results in correcting the springback error of the stamping part.
