摘　　要：目的了解农村居民乙肝病毒感染状况,为肝炎防治规划提供基础数据。方法在漯河二县三区中,随机选择3个村居民进行整群采血,检测HBsAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBc等乙肝标志,并询问乙肝疫苗接种史。结果人群接种率32.2%,HBV总感染率为50.3%,HBsAg阳性率检出率为4.4%,抗-HBs阳性率为51.4%,抗-HBc阳性率36.2%。结论 HBV流行低于河南平均水平,小年龄组HBsAg感染率较低,接种乙肝疫苗取得效果较好;提高整体人群接种率,是今后乙肝防制的主要途径。Objective To understand infection status of hepatitis B in rural area of Luohe city.Methods A randomized population-cluster sampling was carried out.And 8682 peolple was investigated and index of HBsAg,Anti-HBs,HBeAg,Anti-Hbe,Anti-HBc was detected.Results Infection rate is 50.3%.Positive rate of HBsAg is 4.4%;positive rate of Anti-HBs is 51.4%;positive rate of Anti-HBc is 36.2%.Conclusion HBsAg carrier rate is un-der the level of our country.A few of HBsAg carriers can transmits Hepatitis B.Enhancing vaccination of hepatitis B for neonates and improving its vacci-nation rate is important for prevention and cure of hepatitis B.
