摘  要:天津国华盘山发电有限责任公司2号俄制超临界500 MW汽轮机低压缸末级叶片存在运行安全隐患、机组高中低压缸效率低。本文通过对2号汽轮机改造可行性方案的论证、改造实施方案的设计、论证,在解决原低压缸末级叶片断裂隐患、水蚀隐患、叶轮强度低的隐患的同时,通过采用先进的三元流理论设计、高效叶片,提高机组效率。There were hidden safety problems in the last stage blades and low cylinder efficiency in unit 2 which was Russia-made super critical 500 MW steam turbine of Tianjin Guohua Panshan Power Generation Co. Ltd. Along with discussion of feasiability of steam turbine transformation and design of transformation implementation scheme, hidden problems such as blade fracture, water erosion and low intensity of impeller were resolved through advanced three-di- mension flow theoretical design and efficient blades. And unit efficiency was improved.
