摘  要:目的研究经阴道持续照射不同时间的超声波后,人类胚胎绒毛超微结构的改变。方法随机选择要求人工流产的孕妇50例,分为A、B、C3组,进行不同时间的超声波照射后,取胚胎绒毛组织,电子显微镜下观察绒毛超微结构的改变。结果阴道超声持续照射10min绒毛超微结构出现病理改变;阴道超声照射5min超微结构大部分基本正常;对照组绒毛的超微结构正常。结论阴道超声持续照射人类早孕孕囊10min,可引起胚胎绒毛超微结构的病理改变。Objective To study the human embryo villus ultrastructure changes caused by exposing the vagina ultrasonic wave radiation at different time.Methods 50 pregnant women who requested artificial abortion to terminate pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups ( A,B and C) ,after explored by the vagina ultrasonic wave radiation different time,take the villus organization,use the electron microscope observation the changes of the ultrastructure of the embryo villi.Results The villi ultrastructure of embryo have the pathology change which are continually exposed to the vagina ultrasonic wave radiation about 10 minutes.The ultrastructure of the group which is exposed 5 minutes is basically normal.The villa's ultrastructure of the control group is normal.Conclusions The early pregnancies are continually exposed to Transvaginal Ultrasound about 10 minutes,the villi ultrastructure of embryo have the pathology change.
