摘　　要：在高校图书馆设立就业信息馆员,是直面高校生就业难问题的需要,是加强高校生就业创业信息环境建设、促进高校图书馆与时俱进发挥更大作用的需要。就业信息馆员要肩负组织信息资源、构建信息平台、深化专业服务、加强职业引导等岗位职责,增强专业知识、相关知识、公共关系、职业情感等职业素养,坚持角色的独立性、辅助性和高端性定位,成为高校图书馆新的灵魂。Setting up employment information librarians in the university libraries is a strategy to fight off the great challenge of one of the long-term social problems： employment of new graduates.It strengthens the construction of information environment for the graduates＇ employment and career advancement.It also boosts the university libraries for a further development in accord with the social changes and plays a very important role in our society.Employment information librarians will be responsible for organizing information resources,constructing information platforms,providing professional services,and strengthening occupational guidance.They are responsible for helping with new graduates＇ professional knowledge development,public relationship,and professionalism.Upholding its independence,professional assistance and top qualities,employment information librarians should be the key role in any university libraries.
