摘　　要：以海口市为例,根据2002～2008年土地利用变更数据,对海口市农用地与建设用地数量结构进行了分析。结果表明:在人口、经济和政策因素影响下海口市也出现同样的态势,但海口市土地利用正处于发展期,随着科学技术的进步,土地利用综合效益逐年提高。Based on the data of land use in Haikou from 2002 to 2008,the quantitative structues of farmland and construction land were anzlyzed.The results showed that the farmland was reducing and the construction land was increasing under the influences of population,economy and policy,while the land use was in developing period.The comprehensive benefit of land use would increase yearly with the scientific and technological progress.
