卷烟水松纸中汞的固相萃取光度法测定

摘　　要：建立了卷烟水松纸中痕量汞的测定方法。水松纸样品用微波消化,样品中的汞先用强阴离子交换固相萃取柱进行预分离和富集,然后用BBTDAA为显色剂显色,在500 nm波长处测定。该方法的RSD为2.2%～2.8%,回收率为97%～104%,测定结果与原子吸收法测定结果相符。The solid phase extraction and spectrophotometric determination of mercury in cigarette tipping paper were studied.The cigarette tipping paper was digested by microwave.The mercury in samples was enriched and separated by the strong anion exchange solid phase extraction column.Then,the mercury was colored by BBTDAA,and determined by spectrophotometric method at 500 nm.The RSD of this method were 2.2%-2.8% with recovery of 97%-104%.The determination results were agreed with those of AAS method.
