摘  要:研究综合干预对高校女教师心理健康的影响,为促进高校女教师心理健康提供依据。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)在干预前后进行心理健康状况调查。高校女教师心理健康应引起重视,女教师的各因子分除精神病性因子外几乎均略高于全国常模,其中抑郁、焦虑和躯体化因子有显著性差异(P<0.05),综合组和运动组均可促进心理健康,综合干预在降低躯体化、抑郁、饮食睡眠、人际敏感因子得分方面效果比运动干预更好。综合干预效果优于运动干预。Studying the effect of comprehensive intervention on mental health of women teacher in colleges and universities, provide basis for promoting the mental health of women teacher. They were investigated for mental health by using symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) before and after intervention. The mental health of woman teachers of colleges and universities should be taken seriously, every factor score almost always slightly higher than the national norm except for psychotic factors, factor score of depression , anxiety and somatization was significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ), the comprehensive intervention group and the exercise intervention group can promote mental health, the comprehensive intervention group is better than the exercise intervention group in factor score of decrease somatization, depression, diet sleep and interpersonal sensitivity. Conclusion is indicated that, comprehensive intervention, is more effective than exercise intervention.
