摘　　要：目的 探讨无气腹腹腔镜治疗卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的疗效及优势.方法 回顾性分析首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院行无气腹腹腔镜卵巢成熟畸胎瘤剥除术的32例患者的临床资料,并分析其手术情况和术后恢复情况.结果 32例患者均在无气腹腹腔镜下成功完成手术,无一例中转开腹,平均手术时间（61.2±15.6）min,术中出血量（47.17±16.37）ml,其中2例术中畸胎瘤破裂.无术后发热、皮下气肿等并发症.结论 无气腹腹腔镜手术可以有效治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤,具有操作简便、有效防止术中囊肿破裂等优点.Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and advantages of mature ovarian teratoma excision in gasless laparoscopic operation. Methods Retrospective analysis was done with the clinical data of 32 cases who received gasless laparoscopic surgery for mature ovarian teratoma excision. Results All the 32 cases had the gasless laparoscope surgery successfully. The average surgery time was （61. 2 ± 15. 6）min, the average blood loss was（47. 17 ± 16.37）ml. The ruptured teratoma happened only in 2 cases during the operation. No fever and pneumohypoderma was observed after the operation. Conclusion Gasless laparoscopic surgery can be used successfully for mature ovarian teratoma and can prevent the teratoma rupture effectively.
