摘　　要：从电网企业现状出发,对影响员工绩效的关键因素及企业推行全员绩效管理成败的主要因素进行了分析与探讨,在此基础上介绍了渭南供电局绩效管理的实践。Started from the reality in power network enterprise,the key factors effecting staff performance the success of whole staff performance management implementation are analyzed and discussed.The practice of performance management in Weinan Power Supply Bureau is introduced.
