摘 要:应用Fluent软件,对5000t/d水泥熟料窑窑尾电除尘器的气流分布进行了数值模拟研究。主要内容包括:不同工况下两台除尘器的进口气体体积流量分配;第一电场进口断面气流速度分布及灰斗内扰流情况。根据数值模拟结果,通过调整气流分布板形式,使进口断面气流分布得到改善并达到RSM标准的良好级别;在灰斗内设置灰斗挡风板,使灰斗内的扰流现象得到明显改善;同时计算出不同工况下两台除尘器进口气体体积流量偏差均小于10%。In this paper, the air flow in electrical precipitator of a 5 000t/d clinkert kiln were simulated by Fluent software, the study included the following tasks the inlet air volume flow distribution of the two electrical precipitations under different running condi- tions and the air distribution at the inlet section of first electric field and disturbing flow condition inside the ash hopper. Change the form of distribution plates according to the simulation results, and so the air flow distribution of the inlet section was improved and reached the good level of RSM standard. And an air damper was set in the ash hopper in result of the disturbing flow was controlled ef- fectively. At the same time, the inlet flow volume deviation of the two electrical precipitation in different running conditions were calculated which was less than 10%.
