摘 要:Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)能分析非平稳信号和非线性信号,适用于转子突发大不平衡振动时频分析。应用HHT进行转子突发大不平衡振动时频分析时,由于幅度占优的主模态分段出现导致小幅度区间的瞬时频率失去物理意义,为此提出对主模态函数加噪处理后再进行经验模态分解和分段计算所得主模态瞬时频率的方法。实验数据分析结果证明该方法有效。HHT could analysis nonstationary and nonlinear signal, so it was suitable for the time-frequency analysis of large burst unbalance vibration of turbo-generator rotator. When applying HHT to analyze the large burst unbalance vibration of rotator,large amplitude mode in Intrinsic mode functions (IMF) presented in segments, and instantaneous frequency of small amplitude mode segments was physically meaningless. Two methods were adopted to resolve the problem, one was adding noise to IMFs and then performing Empirical mode decomposition (EMD) against them again, the other was calculating the instantaneous frequency within segments. The result of the experimental data analysis showed the methods were effective.
