摘  要:目的:探讨气虚血瘀证与单核细胞(PBMC)的相关性及其可能的炎症机制。方法:复制心梗气虚血瘀证动物模型,采用半定量RT-PCR技术检测模型组及假手术组动物术后第7天、14天、28天外周血单核细胞TNFα、IL-1β、IL-6、MCP-1的表达情况。结果:不同时间点模型组动物单核细胞TNFα、IL-1β、IL-6、MCP-1的表达均高于假手术组动物(P<0.05)。结论:气虚血瘀证(心肌缺血)与单核细胞密切相关,可能成为该证候重要的微观指标。Objective: To explore the relationship between Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and mononuclear cells of peripheral blood(PBMC),and investigate the possible inflammatory mechanisms.Methods: The rat model of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on myocardial infarction was established,the expression of TNFα、IL-1β、IL-6、MCP-1 in the PBMC was measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR between model group and sham-operated group at 7 days、14 days、28 days respectively after operation.Result: The expression of TNFα、IL-1β、IL-6、MCP-1 in the PBMC of model group was significantly higher than that control group(P 0.05) at different times.Conclusion:Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(myocardial ischemia) closely associated with PBMC,the PBMC may becomes important microscopic indice of this syndrome.
