补肾调周、清利通络法治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾调周、清利通络法治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的机理,验证中医药治疗本病的确切疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的输卵管炎性不孕症患者48例,连续观察3个疗程,统计患者治疗前后的妊娠情况和病情变化。结果:妊娠率为25%,有效率为87.5%,且其疗效与不孕年限和患者年龄呈负相关,与疗程无正负相关性,与患者的病情、病史、不孕种类以及输卵管通畅度无明显相关性。结论:运用中药以补肾调周、清利通络法治疗输卵管炎性不孕症,临床疗效确切,而且因其简便易行、经济效验,无明显副作用,故在不孕症的治疗中具有广阔的前景。Objective： By clinical research of Tongguan Decoction treating tubal inflammatory infertility（TII） according to invigorating the kidney and regulating the cycle,clearing and draining and dredging uttering collaterals.This topic intend to prove the therapeutic effect of the therapeutic principles,discover its mechanism.Method： In clinical study,48 patients with TII were selected according to diagnostic criterion.Defining three menstruation cycle as a period of treatment,we carry out three periods in succession,then count pregnancy rate and improvement of symptoms and signs.Results：The clinical study indicated that 25% of pregnancy rate and 87.5% of effective rate according to this therapeutic principles.At the same time,the curative effect was found to have connection with course and age and hot have connection with degree,history and class.Conclusion： This treatment was proved efficient in the clinical practice.In addition,owing to the treatment is more convenient and inexpensive and there isn＇t side-effect,there will be capacious outlook in treating sterility.
