摘　　要：针对TPS自动报表功能存在的不足,利用OPC技术开发了全新的Excel格式报表系统,提高了报表的可用性和数据采集的准确性,并增加了新的报表功能,使TPS在报表功能方面有了很大地改进和提高,解决了中控人员手填报表时出现的填写错误等问题,减轻了员工的工作量。自动生成报表程序的开发也为今后工厂信息化管理的其他要求提供了一种可以借鉴的方式。To counter the shortage of TPS in the automatic report function, the new report system with Excel format is developed with OPC technology, it greatly improved application ability and accuracy of data collected, it increased new reporting function, and improved report function of TPS system. That solved the problem that there are mistakes in manual report, reduced workload of workers. The exploit of auto report function can offer a reference for other requirement of plant information management.
