摘 要:针对常规柱塞泵采油过程中存在易磨损、漏失大、卡泵等问题,研发并推广应用了液压自封不漏失抽油泵,从结构原理、室内试验和现场实施效果等方面总结了该泵的特点。该技术利用液压自封原理的设计思路,采用新的复合密封和多级扶正的方式,解决了胶套溶胀导致卡泵的问题,实现了深井有杆柱塞泵不漏失、摩阻低。室内试验不漏失,泵效高达96%;现场应用效果显著,可延长检泵周期260d,提高泵效20%。解决了含聚、出砂、稠油、低产等复杂条件采油工艺技术难题。On account of existing problems of easy wearing, heavy leakage and stuck pump during the production process of the conventional plunger pumps, a new hydraulic pressure self-sealing non-leakage pump is developed and applied, and the characteristics of such pump are summarized in this paper from structural principles, labora- tory testing and field test effect. The stuck pump resulted from flexible tube swelling is resolved, moreover, the goal of non-leakage and low friction of sucker plunger pumps in the deep well are achieved, based on making use of the design philosophy of self-sealing hydraulic pressure principle and adopting the new compound seal and multi-stage righting. The pump doesn ' t leak in the laboratory test, and pump efficiency achieves 96%. The field testing effect of the pump is obvious, which extends 260 d pump inspection cycle and enhances 20% pump efficiency. Some technical problems of petroleum engineering in the complex conditions are resolved, such as polymer, sand flow, heavy crude oil, low yield and so on.
