摘 要:为了控制喇嘛甸油田压后含水上升,提高压裂效果,针对常规压裂无法确定开缝位置的问题,提出了厚油层内精细定位压裂技术,通过研制应用长胶筒封隔器反向封堵厚油层内0~0.5m结构界面或炮眼,在目的层强制造缝,实现层内低水淹段的定位压裂挖潜。现场试验4口井,试验结果表明,研制的长胶筒封隔器坐封、解封性能良好,承压能力达到50MPa,能够满足现场施工需要。措施后平均单井增油6.1t/d,含水下降6.3个百分点,与同区块地质条件、压裂工艺相似的井对比含水下降幅度较大、趋势平稳;且随着有效期的延长,增油增液效果愈加明显。现场试验结果表明厚油层内较低渗透部位的剩余油得到有效动用,为特高含水期压裂挖潜提供了有效技术手段。In order to control the water cut increase after fracturing in Lamdian Oilfield and improve the postfracture response, and in view of the problem that conventional fracturing cannot confirm the fracture position, the finely positioning fracturing technique is studied. By applying the long rubber bushing packer to plug off the structural interface of 0 -0.5 m or borehole in the thick oil zone in the opposite direction, and making fracture in the zone of interest enforcedly, the positioning fracturing in low-waterflooded interval is achieved. According to the results of the pilot test of 4 wells, the setting and unseating performance of developed long rubber bushing packer is good with loading capacity of 50 MPa, which can meet the field requirement. After applying the technique, the average oil increase is 6. 1 t/d per well and water cut decreases 6.3%. Compared with the well with similar geologic conditions and fracturing technology in the same block, the descent scope of containing water is large, and the tendency is smooth. And with the prolongation of period of validity, the effect of increasing oil and fluid are all even more obvious. Field test shows that the remaining oil in tow-permeable position of the thick oil layer is employed effectively, which provides an effective potential-tapping technique for fracturing at extremely high water-cut stage.
