摘 要:针对裂缝型油藏剖面上的尖峰状吸水比较普遍、注入水平面上单向突进、地层能量低、注采调控难度大等问题,提出了“堵调驱”相结合的治理思路,在中高渗透层段,主砂体带方向,采用强度适中的调剖体系。利用相对分子质量较低、增黏性好、整体推进能力强、溶液的可逆超分子空间网络结构和可逆的物理“交联”特性的耐温耐盐聚合物GRF-5作为调剖体系的主剂,按照40~60℃、矿化度10000mg/L左右的具体油藏条件,通过对交联剂、助剂的筛选,研制出成胶强度14000~80000mPa·s、地面成胶时间2~12d、满足大剂量注入要求的2个调剖配方和5个封堵配方组成的深部调剖体系。并进行了深部调剖体系的抗剪切性和长期稳定性评价,为该类油藏的调剖治理奠定了基础。The idea of a combination of "blockage, adjustment, drive" is proposed to deal with the problems in fracture type reservoirs, such as peak-shaped water injection profile, one-way water breakthrough, low producing energy, and difficult injection-production control etc. Moderate-intensity profile control system is adopted in medium-to-high permeability intervals along the direction of the main sand body distribution. The deep profile control system is developed with polymer GRF-5 as the main agent through screening the cross linking agent and auxiliary agent according to the specific reservoir conditions of temperature of 40 -60 ~C and salinity of 10 000 mg/L. The deep profile control system consists of two profile control formulas and five plugging formulas and can meet the requirement of high-dose injection, with gel intensity of 14 000 -80 000 mPa·s and surface gelation time of 2 - 12 d. Polymer GRF-5 is resistant to temperature and salt, with relatively low molecular weight, good viscosifying capacity, strong overall-propulsion capacity, reversible supermolecule network structure, and reversible physical cross-linking feature. Furthermore, both the shearing resistance and long-term stability of the deep profile control system are evaluated, which lay a foundation for the profile control in fracture type reservoirs.
