清热降浊方对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨清热降浊方对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法采用随机对照的临床试验,观察清热降浊方(治疗组)与二甲双胍(对照组)对208例2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(P2BG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA2-IR)、胰岛素敏感指数(HOMA2-S)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA2-B)的影响。结果 2组患者治疗后HbA1c、FBG和P2BG水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.001),组间差异无统计学意义;TC、TG、LDL-C水平较治疗前均有所下降,但对HDL-C的作用不明显。治疗组体重与BMI下降明显,优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组HOMA2-IR、HOMA2-S、HOMA2-B的改善不明显。结论清热降浊方对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者各项指标的影响与二甲双胍相当,但对胰岛β细胞功能的改善不明显。Objective To evaluate the effect of Qingre-Jiangzhuo prescription on islet β cell function of type2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） combined metabolic syndrome patients. Methods Two hundred and eight T2DMpatients were divided into 2 groups in a randomized, controlled clinical trail. One group was treated bymetformin tablet and the other by Qingre-Jiangzhuo prescription, both for 12 weeks. HbAlc, FBG, P2BG,TC, TG, LDL-C, BW, BMI, WC and HOMA2-IR, HOMA2-S, HOMA2-B level before and after treatment wererecorded. Results After treatment, FBG, P2BG and HbAlc of the treated group were significantly lower thanthat before treatment （P 〈0.001）, the difference between the two groups was not significant. TC, TG andLDL-C of both groups were significantly lower than that before treatment, but not in HDL-C. Weight andBMI were significantly decreased in the treated group compared with the control group （P 〈0.05）. But thedifference in HOMA2-IR, HOMA2-S, HOMA2-B were not significant. Conclusion Qingre-Jiangzhuo prescriptionwas same as metformin tablet in T2DM combined metabolic syndrome patients, while not in β cell function.
