摘 要:为了分析碾压铝箔薄膜硬化后充气管的轴压承载力,考虑层合薄膜的塑性变形在膜上产生初应力,并通过层合薄膜拉伸试验测出残余应变,基于该残余应变用ANSYS软件计算了1.2 m长充气管硬化后的承载力,得到硬化后承载力比硬化前提高了24%.并制作了一根1.2 m长的卷尺加劲充气管模型,进行了内部气压为0和0.02MPa两种情况下的轴压承载力实验,证明了分析方法的正确性.To research the axial-compressed load capacity of inflatable boom with rigidized laminated aluminum,the initial stress on the laminate with plastic deformation was taken account of,and the residual strain was gained by the tensile experiment of laminate. Using ANSYS program to calculate the axial load capacity of 1.2 meters long boom according to the residual strain, the mechanical properties unrigidized and rigidized were compared, which showed that the load capacity of rigidized one increased by 24%, then a 1.2 meters long boom model was developed, and experiments for axial load capacity under the pressure load 0 and 0. 02 MPa were carried out, proving that the analysis method is true.
