OLF与ELF方案治疗老年人晚期胃癌的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较OLF与ELF两种化疗方案治疗老年人晚期胃癌的疗效和毒性不良反应。方法 48例均经病理组织学检查证实为胃癌的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例,21d为1个周期,每例至少完成2周期。治疗组给予OLF方案;对照组给予ELF方案。结果治疗组完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)10例,稳定(NC)5例,进展(PD)7例;对照组中CR1例,PR9例,NC6例,PD8例,两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05),主要毒性不良反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应及可逆性的手足综合征。结论 OLF方案与ELF方案治疗老年人晚期胃癌的近期疗效相近,毒性不良反应可以耐受,是治疗老年人晚期胃癌的较好方案之一。Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of different chemotherapies of OLF and ELF for elderly advanced gastric cancer. Methods 48 patients,diagnozed as gastric cancer via histopathological examination,were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,with 24 cases in each group,treated for at least two cycles,21 days per cycle. Results In the treatment group,CR 2,PR 10,NC 5 and PD 7. In the control group,CR 1,PR 9,NC 6 and PD 8,no significant difference was found between two groups（ P 0. 05） . The main toxicities were myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reactions and reversible hand-foot skin reaction. Conclusion The short-term chemotherapeutic efficacy of OLF is satisfied for elderly advanced gastric cancer and the toxicity can be tolerated. It is an effective treatment for the elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.
