摘 要:目的探讨高效液相色谱法测定蛇莓饮片中齐墩果酸与熊果酸含量的方法。方法采用ThermoODS-2HYPERTILC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温为室温(26℃);流动相:7.8g·L-1磷酸二氢钠-甲醇(14∶86);检测波长:210nm;流速:0.8mL·min-1。结果齐墩果酸在0.19~2.16μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9982);平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.00%(n=9);熊果酸在1.78~5.34μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9965);平均回收率为98.3%,RSD=1.15%(n=9);齐墩果酸与熊果酸的分离度为1.96。结论该测定方法简单、准确、可靠,可用于蛇莓中齐墩果酸与熊果酸两种成分的同时检测。Objective To investigate simultaneously determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Herba Duchesnea indicae decocting pieces by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on a Thermo ODS-2HYPER-TIL C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃; the mobile phase consisting of NaH2 PO4 7. 8 g·L-1-Methyl alcohol ( 14∶ 86) ; and examination wave length being 210 nm; speed of flow: 0. 8 mL·min-1. Results The liner relationship of oleanolic acid was good within the range of 0. 19 ~ 2. 16 μg( r = 0. 998 2) . The average recovery was 98. 6% ( n = 9) and RSD was 1. 00% . The liner relationship of ursolic acid was good within the range of 1. 78 ~ 5. 34 μg ( r = 0. 996 5) . The average recovery was 98. 3% ( n = 9) and RSD was 1. 15% . Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used to determine the two main chemical contents simultaneously.
