摘　　要：政府律师制度是现代律师制度的重要组成部分,在不同国家和地区,政府律师制度差别较大。当代中国政府律师制度与司法、国家行政管理等制度之间存在矛盾冲突,因此在中国建立政府律师制度是一项极具挑战性的任务。建立符合当代中国国情的政府律师制度应坚持适度发展、面向基层、严格规范和多种模式并存的原则,同时遵循符合国情特点的基本途径。The governmental barrister system is the important component of modem barrister system. Different countries have different government barrister system. Currently, there are contramcuons among our government barrister system, judicial system and national administration system. Therefore, it is challenging mission to establish a government barrister system in our nation. In order to establish a government barrister system which conforms to the situation of China, we need to keep the development moderately; to cater to the needs of grass - roots unit; stick to the norm and follow the method of principles coexisting. Simultaneously, we need to follow the essential way which conforms to our situation of China.
