翼首草根中总皂苷提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的优选翼首草根中总皂苷的提取工艺。方法采用香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸显色法,通过单因素实验和正交试验设计,优选出翼首草根中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。结果总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为水浴温度80℃,10倍量80%乙醇回流提取3次,1h/次。结论此工艺安全、成本低,得到的总皂苷含量高,可作为提取翼首草根生产工艺的参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Pterocephalus hookeri root.Methods 5% vanillin-acetic acid glacial-perchloric acid colormetric analysis method was used to measure the content of total saponins from Pterocephalus hookeri root;the single and orthogonal experiments were used to determine the best conditions.Results The best extraction technology was 10-fold and 80% ethanol,1-hour reflux for 3 times of extraction and water temperature at 80℃.Conclusion This optimal extraction process is simple and repeatable,and can be used in industrial production.
