V型小麦雄性不育育性恢复与保持的研究

摘　　要：连续多年研究表明：在黑龙江省春麦区，大量春小麦品种（品系）对Ｖ型不育具有恢复能力，但恢复力高的材料不多，用于配置强优组合的恢复系仍需有效的恢复基因转育和累加、定向选择获得；能保持Ｖ型不育育性和能转育成Ｖ型不育的材料比较少，这增加了Ｖ型不育在我省春麦区利用的难度。经过连续回交转育，继Ｔ型不育之后，Ｖ型不育在我省实现了三系配套。There are indications that many spring wheat cultivars and lines in Heilongjiang spring wheat ragion have restoring ability for the Vtype male sterility, which has been proved by study results for many years in succession. However, there are few materials with high restoring ability. For the breeding of restorer lines, the selection of the charactor should be paid attention to as the restoring gene has additive effects. There are fewer materials that can maintain fertility of Vtype sterility and can be bred into Vtype sterile lines, which makes it difficult to use Vtype sterility in the region. Following the use of the Ttype sterility, the three lines system for Vtype sterility has been established in Heilongjiang with the backcrossing and transfering techniques.
