摘 要:随着技术的不断发展完善,扩眼作业已成为解决复杂深井阻卡、改良套管程序、提高固井质量以及降低钻井成本的重要手段。结合扩眼技术的分类和特点,着重论述了国内外扩眼工具的发展历程和目前处于主导地位的双心钻头、臂式和块式扩眼器的典型结构形式,给出了提高国内扩眼器技术水平的建议。国外公司在扩眼工具领域进行了长时间的研发,形成了较为系统的理论和系列化工具,而国内在此领域起步晚,需从计算机辅助设计、应用领域拓展和数据库建设等方面进行完善,逐步缩小与国外的技术差距。With the constant development and perfection of the technology,reaming operation has become an important means to deal with complex deep-well bridge-up,improve casing program and cementing quality and reduce drilling costs.By referring to the classification and characteristics of reaming technology,the discussion focuses on the development history of hole expanding tools at home and abroad as well as the typical structural form of bi-center drilling bit and arm-and piece-shaped reamers which are currently in the dominant position,putting forward the suggestion on the improvement of the domestic reamer technology.Foreign companies have been carrying out the research and development of reaming tools for a long time and formed relatively systematic theories and serialized tools.However,China has a relatively late beginning in this field,and it has to make improvements in computer-aided design,application field expansion and database construction so as to shorten the technological gap.
